Returns Information
If your item is not suitable, you are able to return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free, we advise all customers to use a tracked service. We can not accept returns that are lost, if customers use a tracked service they are insured with the specific courier.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is worn, or showing signs of wear. All orders are intact with a hang tag that makes the item ineligible for a return if removed. Branded tags must also be intact. If you are returning a faulty item, we please ask that you notify us by email before returning so we can resolve the issue together.

Items bought in sale or outlet are not eligible for a return OR exchange, only credit note.
