• Returns are not free, so we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel is insured.
• We cannot accept returns that are lost in transit.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition, including all branded tags and the attached hang tag. If the hang tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.
• Sale or outlet items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, only a credit note.
