What is your returns policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order if it’s not suitable.
- Returns are not free, so we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your parcel is insured.
- We cannot accept returns that are lost in transit.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition, including all branded tags and the attached hang tag. If the hang tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.
- Sale or outlet items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, only a credit note.
